Being a PGA Tour Caddie and former mini-tour player provides Mike with a unique perspective on the strategy of how to play the game properly. Mike’s short-game expertise is reason why his students immediately shave strokes off of their scores by concentrating on the area of the game within 70-yards of the hole.
During his 8-year playing career, Mike eagerly studied all aspects of the game while working with some of the top instructors on full swing, short-game and the mental game. Throughout his playing days he stayed active in the area of junior golf instruction. It was here that he passion for teaching outweighed his desire to play competitively.
Experience as a PGA Tour caddie offers him a rare insight into the routines of the world’s best players; their preparation and practice, course management and total game strategy. Transitioning from the range to the course is a key component to scoring. Mike excels at providing players of all ages and levels with the proper knowledge as to how to effectively play the game.
